My Future Plans

In the next semester, I would like to begin my Children's Services course, but if I can't receive the offer, I will continue my English study.

My Opinion to the Story

After reading the story Clean Homes: Sick Babies, I feel that it's not good to use cleaning chemicals especially some heavy smelling cleaning products at home. These cleaning products contain something which is harmful to our healthy.

Steamed egg

Steamed egg contains the most nurtrition of the egg. Otherwise it is easy to make, so it is a very popular cuisine in China.

Make this delicious food just need 3 steps:

1. Put 2~3 eggs and a little salt (how much is depend on your taste) in a bowl and stir them until they become liquid.

2. Add spring onion in the middle surface of the egg.

3. Steam it for 15 minutes with high fire.

Ok! Steamed egg is finished. If you prefer sweet taste you also could put sugar instead of salt, and add cream instead spring onion. But in China, salt taste is more acceptable.

If I could be an animal, I would be ...

If I could be an animal, I would be a swan. For in my opinion, swan is so beautiful and so loyal. It is said that one swan has the only one partner, and if one of them dead the other one will stay single all over its life. The other reason I would like to be a swan is that the fairy tales that named "Ugly Duckling" which was writen by Hans Christian Andersen. When I was young this story impressed me. It made me believe that being kind and confidence, trying hard and the happiness will come one day.^_^

Here is one more interesting news about Petra, the wild black swan, and I feel so romantic after read this news. How is your feeling?

Gravillia & Waratah

After Google these flowers images I found their names and the introductions.

The flower in Marion's garden should be Gravilla which is common to see on roads. It seems that there are many images on internet but less introduction. I usually see the parrots stand on this plant and eat this flower's honey.

The flower whose image on our drive licence is called Waratah. It is the Floral Emblem of New South Wales. The NSW species normally flowers red, but many produce pink or even white flowers. A rare white-flowering form, ‘Wirrimbirra White’, is occasionally available from specialist growers. The large, bright crimson flowerheads consist of many small flowers densely packed into conical or peaked dome-shaped heads to 15 cm across, and surrounded by a collar of large red, smooth bracts. The ‘flower’ is in fact a conflorescence that comprises, depending on the species, as many as 240 individual flowers. It flowers during spring, October to November.

The Party

We are one family

At the last day of the first term we hold a party in our classroom. All of us enjoyed ourselves during the party time.

The party began at twelve o'clock. We took a lot of dishes with us and shared them to all the classmates. I really liked the dessert which was made by Rabeya. How delicious! Before and after lunch time the two teachers and us took a lot of pictures. All of these group photos looked so wonderful! The photo above is my favourite. Warm smiles, happy faces all of this shows that "Wherever you come from, here, in AMEP-A St George College, we are one family".

After took photos was presents time and I received a surprise from a man unknow. It was a candle which looked like a flower, and I like it very much. To our surprise is that Andrew sang the song"Love Potion No. 9" when the party nearly ended. We studied this song a week ago, so most of us could sing this song with Andrew together and Zak seemed that could not help himself to dance.

It was the first party I have taken in Australia and it really was an exciting party.I will never forget it.
